New Fiat Scudo in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire
The new Fiat Scudo is a fantastic panel van, available in two body lengths (M, Maxi XL) offering 5.3-5.8m3 and 6.1-6.6m3 of load space respectively. It’s also available as a crew van with seating for six. A payload capacity up to 1,400kg and a tow capacity up to 2,000kg make the Scudo suitable for any job. Power comes from 1.6 and 2.0 Multijet engines with Euro 6.2 compliance, with start & stop technology and the option of an 8-speed automatic gearbox in high-powered engines for effortless journeys. Or why not go 100% electric? The e-Scudo has a 50kWh or 75kWh battery with a range of 142 and 205 miles (WLTP) respectively. It has the same cargo space and payload capacity as the diesel version, with zero emissions and no vibration. The biggest battery charges to 80% in as little as 45 minutes at a 100kW public charger. Up to 14 active and passive assistance systems including Side Blind Spot Alert are available as standard or optionally.
Design
The Scudo means business with a nearside sliding side door, 180-degree rear doors and the option of a panel van (seats 3) or crew van (seats 6). Inside, you can get a 7” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto and a digital head-up display.
Drive
Refined, smooth and efficient, the Scudo is great to drive. Diesel versions have AdBlue & start & stop technology to slash emissions, while electric models have zero emissions and a vibration-free drive. Whichever you choose, a top drive awaits.
Practicality
The M version has up to 5.8m3 of load space with the Moduwork bulkhead, which lets you stash items up to 3.67m in length. The Maxi XL version has up to 6.6m3 of load space. The crew van also boasts up to 5.5m3 of cargo space in Maxi XL versions.
Living with it
